Dear Ellie,

From the moment I brought you home you were filled with sweetness. Keeping me company when no one else was there. You came to our first home together with us. You protected Colton and Carlee like they were your own, always watching over them.

You did your tricks, sit, shake a paw, other paw, lay down, and roll over. You would do anything for a treat. From stealing plates of food, taking gloves, and digging holes in our garden, you were with us in everything we did.

Your cuddles and bark will be missed, your swims in the pond will be missed, and waiting for the bus with me will be missed. So many memories, and you were there for them all. Millie will also miss all the cuddles on your bed together. Even your dirty paw prints through the house will be missed. We will always think of our adventures through the bush together, and your walks playing frisbee with the boys.

Through rain or snow, the sunny days and storms, you’ve left paw prints on our hearts. You brought us protection, cuddles and such unconditional love. You will always be in our hearts and will forever be our wiggle bum girl. Now we lay you down to sleep, you are finally at rest, we love you Ellie.
