Leonard Popcorn. Leonard John Johnson. Sweet Puggle Pie.

He gave us the best life. The sweetest kisses. The biggest belly laughs.

He hated squirrels. He loved the beach, strawberries and his people.

His last hours were filled with cheeseburgers, cuddles, and even a chocolate sundae — because no dog should ever pass away without tasting chocolate.

All of the pets came around to say their own goodbyes, and in those quiet moments, you could feel just how much he was loved. Now, we find ourselves settling back and gently trying to imagine what life will be like without his squeals, and the funny little dance he did whenever he knew we were going for a truck ride.

Somewhere beyond this goodbye, we picture him running free on the best beach ever, reunited with his Phoebe and all of his dog buddies who have been waiting for him.

We are so grateful to the amazing team at Black Creek Mobile Veterinary Services for providing a gentle, private, and comfortable journey for our boy.
