Bella joined our family 10 years ago, at the age of 4, very frightened of the world. She came from a shelter in Ohio after she had a litter of 10 puppies. She was accepted into a Ontario shelter and the move was too much for her and she developed severe kennel stress. Luckily a kind rescue fostered her while she waited for her forever home.

It took lots of love, patience and time for Bella to find her confidence. And when she did she was a very loving and loyal best friend. Bella loved to bark! She made us laugh with her antics chasing and barking at thunder and fireworks. Nothing made her happier than a good storm.

Bella loved her squeaky toys. She was always gentle with them and cared for them like she would have her own babies. She had 3 best fur friends, Molly, Gemma and Bea who she would generously share her bed and treats.

She had a cat named Birdie who she tagged team with at dinner time. He did the singing and she did the dancing to get our attention when it was time for dinner.

Bella filled our hearts and home with love. She was a constant companion and a best friend. The house feels empty without our beloved pal but our hearts couldn't be more full with the love she gave us.
