Mr. Bruno Beans, it was a rainy day on route home from Muskoka when we came across your ad for puppies for sale. We knew as soon as we sent the inquiry we were not going home without you.

That’s where it all began, you immediately filled our home with laughter, happiness and love. Our other dogs Nola and Bella loved you from the moment you arrived. You three would play and play all day. You fit in so perfectly from the moment you arrived. As time went on our girls Nola and Bella grew old and crossed rainbow bridge.

On Sept 10, 2021 we welcomed Rosie to our Family. Rosie and Bruno were instant best friends, and spent the remainder of Bruno’s years together. We were fortunate enough to spend 8 years of our life with Bruno by our side. Even though we feel the cancer took you too soon, we know we gave each other more than a lifetime of memories. 

Every piece of our farm is flooded with memories of you. Sometimes I feel like you’re just hanging out on the porch. You taught us all of life’s lessons, patience, loyalty, trust and yes, communication! If you knew Bruno you knew he had a big voice!

I can’t believe the time has come to write this.

The last year has been very hard knowing one day we would be saying goodbye to our best friend. We have been truly blessed to enjoy almost a year longer than expected after your cancer diagnosis. But the fight was long and hard, and we could see it in your face that you were tired. It was the hardest decision of our life, letting you go be free. We understand our promise to you, to love you unconditionally and to provide you everything you need. Even when the decisions broke our hearts. It was time, and we miss you more than you can ever know. We truly hope we gave you even half of what you gave us. Our home is empty, but we push forward knowing one day we will see you again.  

Thank you for the memories of one of the best chapters of our life.
