Honey Weiler
2009 - 23/05/2021
Our sweet Honey always made us smile. She loved kisses. She loved to be held. Sugar Snap Peas were her favourite human food (any green vegetable really). If we ate them she would stand up in her “groundhog” stance and beg to be given one.
She had a natural mohawk on the top of her head, which as she got older started receding and became a mullet. It always made everyone stop and smile. She brought joy to everyone she met and always made quite the lasting impression.
Honey didn’t care for Winter or the cold. We would bundle her up in a wagon when we took our other dog Bear for a walk. She adored being treated like a Queen!
She was hilarious, unique, so gentle and loving. She brought laughter and joy to us everyday. We miss her beyond what words could describe. For a very small dog, she has left an enormous hole in our lives, but also left us with the best memories of when she was here. Since Honey’s passing, we’ve had signs and messages delivered to us from the Rainbow Bridge - including the message that her body was shutting down and how relieved and happy she was to have the help in passing and how it was such a peaceful experience for her.
We love you Honey. Run free and enjoy all the Sugar Snap Peas your heart desires!
