Kyah Lomack
September 1st, 2009 - December 29th, 2024
Kyah was a rescue puppy. She was found in a culvert by a young girl whose family could not keep her. Her father is a friend. My daughter and I went to see her and the rest is history as they say. We believe she was 8 weeks or less of age and upon arrival at home she knew how to sit and shake a paw and was housetrained. A very smart dog.
She grew up and from day one was a loyal, playful best friend for our family. She loved long walks on trails, swimming and chuck-it ball throwing to no end. She also loved trips in our RV and camping.
We discovered her breed to be a Cape Shore water Dog. Combination of Border collie and Lab. Always lots of compliments on her beauty wherever we went.
She is missed by all and we cherish our memories and time we shared.

As We Say Goodbye ~ By Zoe Barnes
“As we get ready to say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025, I’ll always be there, deep inside your heart where our love is kept alive.
I remember the last time you kissed me, and my breathing was slow. I felt your heartbeat against my chest because it hurt you to let me go.
"I love you," you whispered, in a soothing voice I knew so well. You stayed with me after I had passed breathing in that familiar smell.
They say to love is one of the hardest things to do, as one day, it will be followed by grief, but you did the kindest thing in the end, which was to give me relief.
I'm in such a beautiful place now. It is way up in the sky. I tell all my friends how much I love you and all the reasons why.
Happy New Year, my amazing human, my soulmate, my best friend. You were the kindest soul I ever knew and stayed with me until the end..
I really have to go now. Please, please don't cry. Whenever you need to feel close to me, I'll be beyond that rainbow in the sky.”
